Ok, so my first period started on July 3rd of 2012! My family goes so Torch Lake with a bunch of family and friends for the 4th of July. I remember walking back to the house from the sand bar because i had to pee REALLY bad. So when i got to the house and went to the bathroom i saw blood gushing out of me!!!!! I was FREAKING out because i was only 11, and LOVED swimming and tubing in the lake. So i sat there and cried (nobody was home) and i would NOT use a tampon!!!!!! So then i rememberd i packed a pad ( just in case) so i just wore that and i was fine. Untill i had to take a shower……i only brang 1 pad, soooooo i was thinking stupid and put my used pad in a drawer untill i got out of the shower. So when i got out i wraped myself in my towel and thought if i went real quick to go grab my underware nobody would see my pad. And sure enough a older boy went in there and found my pad!!!!!!!!!!! He didnt think it was me so he went to the only other girls there, the moms!!!! When they knew it had to be me i burst into tears and all the girls were in the room with me!!!!!!!!! My mom got me more pads and i ended up not swimming for the reast of the time….. But now that i think of it , im not embarassed at all, its kinnda funny!!!!!!!!!
