• To sign in to your customer account, click SIGN IN (located on the top, right side of any page, above the share buttons) and enter your e-mail address and password. If you do not have an account, please click CONTINUE under the "New Customer" section.

• If you have forgotten your password, click SIGN IN (located on the top, right side of any page, above the share buttons) to access the My Account area. Under the Returning Customer section click "Forgot Password?" above the LOGIN button. Enter your e-mail and click CONTINUE. You will then receive an email with a temporary password.

• To become a registered member of this site, SIGN IN (located on the top, right side of any page, above the share buttons). Under the New Customer section click CONTINUE and enter your Profile and Account information. Then click CONTINUE. There is no cost to become a registered member. 

• Locat the product(s) you'd like to order and click the green ADD TO CART button. You may change the quantity on the product's description page or in the shopping cart. To order the product on a subscription or recurring basis you must select an option from the drop down menu on the product's description page.

• YES! With the redesign of our new site we made sure we included the ability to ship to our friends in Canada. 

• We only charge sales tax on orders inside Washington State and Nevada.

• To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "X" next to the item you wish to remove.

• YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. If the online store accepts credit cards, rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected. For your security, all payments are made through PayPal.

Can I change my e-mail password?

• To change your password you must first SIGN IN. Click Password in the menu to update your password. Make your changes and then click CONTINUE.

Can I view my previous orders placed on this site?

• To view your order history you must first SIGN IN. From the Account menu click Order History. Past orders are listed here.

Can I provide special instructions with my order?

• You can include special instructions for orders at checkout. During checkout, under Step 4: Delivery Method, you will be given a comment box to add comments about your order. We will receive these instructions along with the order. Click CONTINUE to proceed with the checkout process.
