So I have been sick and tired of pads and tampons so I got a lunette menstrual cup. I’m on my period and so far it hasn’t leaked (thank goodness) but I don’t know why I am feeling nauseated and constantly really crampy (non stop)….I don’t know if they are worse than normal because I normally take ibuprofen but haven’t because I ran out. I am 17y/o virgin if that helps using a lunette size 1.

Use the cup for your next cycle and do as you normally would with pads and tampons. Compare your ailments then. The cup may also increase or decrease your cramps, but it may take a while. Marked as spam
