I’m a swimmer and only on my second period. During my first one I didn’t go to practice, but I’m going to have to now. I’ve never even used a tampon so I’m pretty nervous. I’m also worried that the string will peak out for my bathing suit and everyone one will see it. I’ve looked over and over on the web and YouTube but nothing is helping me answer my questions. How far in is it supposed to go? Is there any way to make sure that no one sees the string?
