Your first day is normally a heavy day, and from the second day it gets lighter. There is nothing that makes a light second day bad. Our periods and cycles are not excatly the same every time. Stress, worry, weight loss, exercise and medicines can change out flow.

If you are still a younger teen, your cycles are still changing as your body changes and get ready for womanhood. It is very likely that you do not even ovulate every cycle yet.

If you are older and your periods suddenly change, it is not neccisarily bad. You can wait to see what your next few periods are like, or you can see your doctor if you are worried. Your cycles will change throughout your life time as your fertility changes due to getting older.

If you are worried, talk to your mom or guardian.
