So I’ve recently started my period and I’ve been hearing a lot about having a box at home and putting period stuff in side of it but I can’t find anything online about what I should put in it so I’m wondering if anyone can tell me what I should put in it

Hi! I actually haven't had my first period yet, but I have done a lot of research. Some of these items you will only need if this is something for school, travel, etc. In this box you will/might need: Tampons Pads Painkillers Pantyliners Disposable Wipes Extra Underwear Small (big enough to fit a pad/tampon in it) Bags I hope this helps!
