I am just trying out softcup, but I have had issues with it twisting when I try to insert it. I followed the instructions as they were listed, yet it will end up going up and down instead of side to side. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips?

I am having the same problem, no it is not correcting it's self as it is leaking. When I remove it there is blood in both sides of the cup. Marked as spam

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by the cup going up and down instead of side to side. Did you insert your finger and check to see that the cup covered your cervix? The Softcup can feel a bit odd when it goes in and it can seem to slip sideways a bit, but it rights itself when you release it. The next time you insert the softcup, insert your finger and see if the cup covered your cervix and the lower lip of the cup tucked behind your pubic bone - my guess is that it did and that it situated itself in the right position.
