Very irregular periods

Hi. I am 14 and have had my period for about a year and a half. I have never had regular periods, and it isn’t uncommon for me to have cycles lasting 45-60 days. Currently my cycle has been going on for 80 days. I am beginning to worry and it is keeping me up at night with the fear that something is wrong with me. I am somewhat skinny and athletic if it helps at all. And no I am not pregnant (: does anyone know what could be wrong with me?

 Hi Cee Cee!

In the first year or two of having your period, you may experience some irregularity.

Try doing something to increase progesterone, which if low will prevent you from getting a period.

You can do seed cycling, or take some Vitamin B6.

How to do seed cycling can be found here:

Hope this helps!
