I'm 30 and I STILL get nervous about my period. I was on contraception for years that prevented them. They've come back now and I feel like a young, teenager again! I know that every woman has them and there's nothing to be ashamed about. So I do not feel shame with it at all and luckily I know how to hide it from my teenage years. I just get nervous about it! I feel like there's something wrong with me, I am not normal or something isn't right. I think this is natural. Marked as spam

If your nervous about your first period wear a pany liner all the time just so you're prepared in case it does come! Good Luck! Marked as spam
