Tell your dad because he knows all about periods you would never be you with out your dad or mom. And text your mom cause she will help and give some instruction how to deal with it

Ive always has horrendous periods.. but pretty regular. Since January my period arrives for 2 day.. stops for 2-4 days and then returns. This has never happened before but is now happening every month.
I am not taking any medication or contraceptives … I turned 40 6 months ago
